หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Works and support Chef De Cuisine to maintain kitchen organization, staff ability, and training opportunities - Coordinates with Chef De Cuisine or team concern on supply ordering, budget, and kitchen efficiency. Manage food and product ordering by keeping detailed records and minimize waste, plus works with existing systems to improve waste. - Assists Chef De Cuisine with menu creation and always launch new menu - Supervises all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and Clubstandards both of high quality plates design and taste wise. - Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance. - Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation - Trains new kitchen employees to Club and kitchen standards, manage and assess staff’s performance to comply with enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards. Also maintain a positive and professional approach with team. - Oversees and organizes kitchen operation and fill in for the Chef De Cuisine in planning to reach expectation and overall KPI.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor -Have own car and driving license
