B2C Marketing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Develop and implement innovative B2C marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase market share.
• 2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with the overall business objectives.
• 3.Strengthen the brand through compelling storytelling and consistent messaging across all channels.
• 4.Ensure brand integrity is maintained in all marketing materials and communications.
• 5.Oversee digital marketing campaigns on various platforms, working closely with the Content Manager, Brand Manager, and Traffic Manager.
• 6.Optimize the online presence to maximize customer engagement and conversion rates.
• 7.Manage B2C marketing initiatives on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopee, and Lazada.
• 8.Coordinate with the online sales team to develop strategic plans that optimize engagement and drive sales.
• 9.Identify opportunities for new projects to expand brand presence in the market.
• 10.Collaborate with product development teams to highlight key selling points and unique features.
• 11.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of B2C platform campaigns.
• 12.Provide regular reports and insights, recommending adjustments to improve results.
• 13.Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless execution of goals and strategies.
• 14.Work closely with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• 15.Inspire team members, manage conflicts, and drive overall success of the department.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, Digital Communication, or other related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, particularly in B2B or OEM/ODM businesses
• Minimum 2 years of experience in team supervision and management.
• Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing both online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Strong skills in strategic planning and project management.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and project management platforms.
• Good command of English.
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
