• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and conduct market research.
• Build and maintain a strong brand identity with consistent messaging across all channels.
• Collaborate with product teams to create compelling product positioning strategies.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns and implement SEO and SEM strategies.
• Develop and manage a content strategy ensuring consistency and relevance.
• Execute traditional marketing campaigns and explore partnerships to expand market reach.
• Manage media relationships and handle crisis communication effectively.
• Develop marketing materials and provide training to support sales efforts.
• Implement and manage a CRM system for targeted marketing and customer retention.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide insights on KPIs.
• Manage the marketing budget and measure ROI to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Lead and build a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with regulations and uphold brand integrity.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning, brand management, and digital marketing. Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods sector is highly desirable.
• Strong strategic thinking, market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior skills. Proficiency in using analytical tools to monitor and report on performance.
• Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, email, and online advertisin
• Proven experience in building and leading high-performing marketing teams. Ability to create a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Experience in using CRM systems and measuring ROI for marketing initiatives.
• Ability to develop and manage marketing budgets efficiently.
