Planning Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Receive orders from sales, then process them with planning to confirm the delivery date for the sales department
• Open orders and print job sheets after confirming the delivery date with the sales department, then distribute them to all departments
• Input planned data into the production report on Excel
• Monitor the results of all in-house and subcontracted production processes, including raw materials, findings, stones, and packing equipment
• Report any production problems to the sales department at least one week in advance if the work cannot be completed as planned, so that the sales department can inform the customer
• Update production plans daily and send warning information to all relevant parties, including other departments, related to the production order
• Notify the Production Control Manager of any movements or encountered problems to find solutions and adjust the new plan according to the schedule
• Coordinate and update the quantity of work to be exported, including product quality data, for the sales department to ensure that it is finalized and acknowledged
• Summarize delayed shipment reports at the end of each month
• Complete other assignments as directed by superiors

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2-3 years of experience in the jewelry industry or relevant production fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems for planning and tracking production processes.
• Knowledge of raw material sourcing, gemstone manufacturing, and packaging processes.
• Ability to analyze and manage production issues or delays effectively.
• Thoroughly inspect the quality of materials and products to ensure they meet the required standards.
