หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Collect and consolidate data from various sources including ERP systems, CRM platforms, internal reports, and databases for in-depth analysis.
• Assist in planning, modeling, building, and maintaining data warehouses and data marts that support business reporting and analytics.
• Ensure proper data governance through master data management aligned with organizational policies.
• Validate and audit data to maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to automate data flow and transformation processes.
• Create, enhance, and automate dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for management and team use.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Identify and propose improvements to optimize manual data processes using automation and modern tools.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 3rd-year, 4th-year, or final-year university student majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Available for a full-time internship of at least 4 months.
• Understanding or experience in data warehouse/data mart design, data modeling, and data engineering concepts.
• Familiar with ETL processes and using business data from systems like ERP or CRM.
• Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret data trends and patterns effectively.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English in both verbal and written communication.
