Work pattern : Full Time

Number of receptions : 1 position

Responsible

Manage the shipment of products to each customer to ensure on-time delivery, with accurate and complete order fulfillment.
Open purchase orders upon confirmation from the sales department, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
Coordinate with shipping companies and the accounting department to prepare export documents (e.g., customs forms, certificates, and export membership renewal) with zero errors affecting customs clearance.
Support the sales team by preparing accurate quotations and delivering them within the specified timeframe.
Maintain the showroom and products to ensure readiness for daily operations.
Prepare products and equipment for both domestic and international trade fairs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Education Level : High Vocational - Bachelor's Degree

More qualification

Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Good management and organizational skills
Fair command of English in reading and writing
Basic knowledge about jewelry will be considered an advantage.
