System Analyst (Python & BI)

• Design and maintain Python-based ETL pipelines to extract, clean, and transform data from Odoo ERP, Google Ads, GA4, and other operational sources. Automate data flows to replace manual reporting tasks.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards covering QC defect analysis, sales pipeline, production yield, marketing performance, and HR attendance data. Ensure that dashboards are refreshed and accurate
• Build and manage the organizational data model — including constellation schema (Fact_QC_Log, Fact QC Defect, dimension tables) and master data structures aligned with Odoo ERP
• Analyze existing systems, digital tools, and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Act as a technical liaison between business users, management, and external vendors (Odoo, IT, SEO).
• Integrate with key APIs: Odoo REST API, Google Drive API v3, Microsoft Graph API, and Google Ads API v20. Maintain OAuth2 authentication flows and credential management.
• Build and maintain n8n workflow automations for CRM syncing data ingestion, report scheduling, and alerting. Expand automation coverage to reduce manual effort across departments
• Prototype and deploy AI-assisted tools using LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI) and vector databases (Pinecone) for internal operations — including inquiry triage, data summarization, and content audit workflows
• Conduct data quality validation: ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across all integrated systems. Document data lineage and transformation logic

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience as a data analyst, system analyst, or BI developer.
• Someone who can design, build, and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and BI dashboards end-to-end.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and relational databases (PostgreSQL / SQL Server).
• Strong Python proficiency: pandas, NumPy, requests, openpyxl, SQLAlchemy, REST API integration
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, gateway management) or equivalent BI tool
• Experience with workflow automation tools: n8n, Power Automate, Airflow, or similar.
• Familiarity with Google Ads API v20, GA4, and Microsoft Graph API is a strong advantage
• Exposure to LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) is a plus
• Data analysis skills: summarizing results, identifying trends, recognizing data patterns.
• Able to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, good interpersonal skills, positive growth mindset.
