Responsible

• - Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives.
• - Manage the procurement process and related documentation to ensure accurate and timely issuance of purchase orders.
• - Identify, maintain, and evaluate suppliers and vendors based on price, quality, reliability, and delivery efficiency.
• - Coordinate with various departments to understand purchasing needs, forecast demand, and develop procurement plans that align with company requirements.
• - Resolve supplier-related issues, including disputes, quality concerns, delivery delays, and payment discrepancies.
• - Negotiate and compare prices with vendors, and track the preparation of expenditure and procurement reports.
• - Supervise and provide guidance to the purchasing team, including training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives
• - Update and maintain records of purchase orders, payments, and receipts in the ERP system.
• - Maintain and update the supplier database, prepare new vendor registration reports, and price comparisons for management.
• - Perform other procurement
• -related duties as assigned.

• - Detail-oriented, with problem-solving abilities and team management skills
• - Experience in jewelry procurement is a plus
