หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Business Analyst (80%), System Analyst (20%) • To responsible for Business Analyst of Loan System (Web Application, Mobile Application, BI), E-Document Management System etc. • Gathering Business requirement, Analysis and provide impact assessment to serve business requirement based on existing function and meet end users satisfaction. • Advisory to the business groups regarding Loan System (Web Application, Mobile Application, BI), E-Document Management System and Provide High Level Solution to support Business requirement. • Conduct Walkthrough Business Requirement, System Requirement, Solution to relevant teams i.e. UAT, Application Support, Development. • To provide change request/project status update to relevant responsible person and to ensure deliverables from Vendor are consistent with business requirements and any other jobs as assigned by supervisor. • Analyze request and problem to prepare business requirement documents. • Work with all stakeholders (End User, IT Team, Vendors) • Assist Project Manager with planning, facilitating, and monitoring project execution. • Recommends controls by identifying problems; writhing improved procedures. • Work with users to conduct testing to meet agreed timelines, and ensure that all tests are documented. • Ensure that deliverables for assigned project/tasks are within agreed objectives & scope. • Perform duties as assigned. • Use SQL command for ad hoc reports. • Support and document incidents of new and existing system and platform. • Support User Acceptance Test (UAT), existing application.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Age not over 30, Male or Female. • Minimum of Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field. • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in System Analysis, Business Analyst. • Knowledge of system development method (SDLC, Agile, etc.) including testing methodology. • Knowledge of business analysis, quality assurance and project management methodology. • Knowledge of General Ledger (Accounting) is an advantage. • Experience working in the Banking & Finance Industry (a must). • Experience in requirements development, project management and software development. • Experience in documentation of business systems and use needs, including workflow and business process diagram. • Experience in Programming: HTML, DHTML, XHTML, Java, JavaScript, Ajax, JSON, JSP, Servlet, JDBC is an advantage. • Experience in Database Management System: e.g. SQL Server, My SQL • Experience in SQL command: ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), Database Script of Create, alter, insert, update (a must). • Experience in Data Cleansing and Migration. • Experience in writing and documentation skills e.g. System Requirement Specification (SRS), System Functional Specification, User Manual. • Good leadership, analytical and logical thinking. • Good communication and people skills with effective working relationship across functions. • Good service minded and customer focused. • Capable of handling several activities at once as well as anticipating and reacting to potential problem. • Being pro-active with good decision making to resolve the project issues. • Pleasant personality. • Must have strong, Analysis, effective communication, negotiation and persuasion skills • Must have knowledge of requirements development, software development and implementation.
