QA/QC Controller

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• QC The Role:
Quality control/garment specialist
Assessing quality standards Setting QA team and ensuring that targets are achieved.
 Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures. Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training. Ensuring product quality as per customer quality standard.
Working mainly in-house and occasionally with outsourcer factories.
 Broad product area - men and womens fashion wovens Able to work independently Ensuring in time delivery. Assessing problems with patterns & garments & prints & providing relevant solutions

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• QC/Technologist The Candidate:
Extensive QC/QA factory experience - Must have at least 1 to 5 years experience
Good understanding of garment construction and pattern cutting is advantageous 
 Fluent in spoken and written English Strong product knowledge in fashion apparel.
 Trouble shooter
 Experience assessing factories for quality standards like ISSO 9000/10000 
Ability to adapt to communicate effectively 
Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.
 Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
