Talent Acquisition officer (Contract 6 months)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assistant team in screening resumes
• Conduct initial phone screens candidate
• Tracking data Recruitment (Vacancies and Channel)
• Follow up document candidate for hiring process and phone Reference check
• Participate in recruiting events
• Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Communications or relevant field
• 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle (Mass Recruitment)
• Excellent communication skills, Problem solving aptitude and able to work under pressure
• Possess strong analytical thinking skills, fast learning, accountability, and Growth mindset
• Able to use English for work and can use for pre-screen resume, or job applications in job post
• Able to start immediately ***special consideration
