OA Supervisor, Unsecured Loan Collections

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - To support manager to set up standard to measure performance of OA & OA’s collector on monthly and yearly basis - To support strategic, collection tool, Debt Relief Program, to align with business objective planning and control & monitoring to ensure that stay in line with business objective - Support business to implement, change, develop, in part IT, part of operation and part of new product - Highlight high risk account or potential risk account to Team Head for consider or feedback Product Team, Risk management Team, relevant unit for improved credit quality. •Call dunning prompt directly to customer for negotiate payment plan. - Review account with unable to contact or unsuccessful call send FCR or Litigation to locate or other alternative action. - Follow up on broken promise account to negotiate payment plan and closely follow up. - Key collection activity and customer information in Collections System. - To identify customer unable to payment, any customer have financial problem but willingness to pay offering Debt relief program.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree - Age 25 - 38 years - Minimum 2 years experience collection service - Collection system Skill - Retail Credit and Collection skills - Negotiation/Conflict Resolution skills
