- Assist RCO in preparation of written risk appetite statements, risk management policies - Collaborate with other business units and propose initiatives to create awareness and create organization culture to all staffs at all level. - Perform risk analysis and report to management and relevant committee. - Ensure the governance of managing risk, risk identification and assessment process through new processes change regulatory.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, MIS or any related fields - Good command of spoken and written in English. - Preferred Skills & Experience in Investment analyst, data science and analytics, computer science, digital assets, economist, risk management, compliance, credit analyst, finance - Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with the ability to identify the issues and develop the solution. - Understands in Personal Loan Business, Bank of Thailand regulations
