Non-Performing Asset (NPA)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Selecting potential NPA accounts with upside-gain opportunity and execute approriate selling activities. - Maintaining existing NPA portfolio by keeping properties clean and ready for selling. - Liasing with related parties risk management team to analyst market situation and trend of property price. - Searching for market sentiments for maximizing profit of NPA account. - Visiting and checking NPAs in stock on a timely basis, to ensure properties are well maintained and in good condition. - Preparing legal documents for eviction process. - Updating NPA portfolio in CIMB Thai’s website page, on a regular basis. - Cooperating effectively with property brokerage firms for selling NPAs. - Process selling of NPA to interesting parties by preparing needful documents i.e. purchasing agreement, monthly sales reports. - Monitoring all operational processes and procedures related to selling of NPAs are followed, to ensure that an NPA sales process adheres to all legal regulations and ethical standards both internally and externally. - Ensuring all compliance both internal requirement and external requirements such as staff’s code of conduct and external such as debt collection act, BOT etc are observed.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Age between 26-35 years old - Bachelor's degree in Business administration, economic, accounting, finance and related fields - Minimum 3 Year experiences in asset management and NPA sales. - Proficiency Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular) - Legal flow process and relevant regulatory knowledge - Strong internal drive and ability to take ownership - Readiness to travel upcountry
