Quality Assurance (Collection & Credit Analysts)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Control internal debt collections management process and/or underwriting process to ensure all processes comply with the Bank’s regulation, policy and other procedure. - Quality Assurance for credit analysts, Collections process, Silence Monitoring, outsourced agencies - Monitoring and quality checking for new applications, debt relief programs, DRP & MRP, TDR and NDR, COVID programs - Data Loss Prevention monitoring on a daily and monthly of email, internet activities, share drive usage, printer usage. Whietlist - Feedback and report any error to related teams and management at least 1 time per month or as per required. - Determine Quality Assurance scope and develop annual plan for audit activities. - Prepare and present reports that reflect quality assurance’s results and document process. - Follow up error points to ensure that all issues can be closed within timeline - Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding policies and regulations of the Bank and related teams

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in Financial Banking, Accounting, Businss Administration, or Economics - Minimum 3-5 years experience in finance, banking or financial institution or credit review or audit. - Competent at Finance, accounting, coordination, and negotiation - Retail Credit and Collection skills
