IT Service Continuity Management (ITDR)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - During normal situation, conduct IT team aware of disaster recovery plan, documentation and exercise to be readiness once required during crisis situation. - During IT crisis situation that need to activate DR system, conduct IT team activate DR system smoothly to serve business continuity as BAU as much as possible. - Support relevant IT teams to develop a system recovery model in accordance with current and future IT Technology. - Conduct BUs and ITs for DR activities. - Support well to BUs and ITs for DR activities. - Summarize and provide IT DR exercise result to related committees. - Maintaining IT DR documents etc. DR Exercise Post-Test Report, DR Manual for review frequently once a year. - Co-ordinate with BCM Team as required

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent. - Minimum 1-3 years in Information Technology plus experience working in or closely with IT Service Continuity Management, IT Risk management or IT Governance management. - Logical thinking & analytical skills are a must. - Be able to work under pressure, take a lead role in project, managing planning and implementation, effectively work independently as well as a team. - Requires enthusiastic, active and service-minded with excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills. - Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and English. - Professional certification in relevant industry is a plus.
