หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Evaluate salesperson performance complying with Market Conduct of BOT, THAI SEC, and OIC.
• Evaluate salesperson quality of branch nationwide in Deposit, Mutual fund, Structure debenture, Bancassurance, Home loan, and Personal cash according to the requirements of Market Conduct
• Prepare the result and quality problems to present to management on monthly basis.
• Provide recommendations for improvement on the performance.
• Collaborating with vendor to discuss and develop actionable solutions then follow up on the progress until issues are fixed or the target is achieved.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree graduate
• Strong communication, management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Work experience in branch operation support is a plus
• Holds an Investment Consultant License (IC License)
• Holds a Life Insurance Broker License (นว.) and a Non-Life Insurance Broker License (นช.)
• Knowledgeable in investments product
