หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Study, analyze, plan and prepare reports for management. Propose to the management of the bank in the Bank's retail debt management unit, including its affiliates (CIMB Thai Auto Co., Ltd. and World Lease Co., Ltd.) and under writing units
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports summarizing the results for internal, external, Consumer Credit Operation, employed by the Bank and CIMB affiliates on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as requested
• Coordinate with internal and external departments to obtain information or send information as agreed in the Bank's Consumer Credit Operation (CCO), including its affiliates (CIMB Thai Auto Co., Ltd. and World Lease Co., Ltd.) and under writing units
• Creating incentives, including calculating disbursements for employees including calculating the commission to make disbursement to external debt collection company in the bank's Consumer Credit Operation (CCO)
• Responsible for developing work processes for Consumer Credit Operation (CCO) to reduce errors and/or reduce working time (SLA)
• To ensure that all operations under this responsibility are in accordance with the policy. Bank Laws and Regulations

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail banking or relate
• Microsoft Office skills – Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Access
• Good communication skill ( preferably English skill)
• Good team work and collaborative mindset
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Customer focus and relationship building skills with internal parties
