หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Organize and maintain digital and physical files related to contracts and other important documents.
• • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings and the relevant committees.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery with organizational goals and objectives
• • Provide guidance and support to IT teams in implementing and maintaining effective governance practices
• • Proactively present new ideas to the supervisor to enhance the current process and recommend improvements as necessary

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related fields (Fresh graduate are welcome.)
• • Ability to operate PC efficiently, proficiency in MS. Office, especially for MS. Excel or database programs are advantage.
• • Proactive, independent and strong follow-up skills
• • Well-organized, detail-oriented and precise
• • Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• • Good attitude and service-minded
• • Good communication skills
• • Good command of both written and spoken English is a plus.
• • IT governance experience is a plus.
