Operational Risk Management

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide strong oversight, advisory, and guidance to front-line business units for effective implementation of operational risk management tools
• Review and provide input on business continuity management documents.
• Monitor and report on risk-related operational processes.
• Lead periodic updates and annual training on operational risk management tools for relevant staff.
• Lead and participate in ad hoc operational risk assurance reviews and related projects.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in risk management, credit analysis, or auto finance, preferably within a banking environment
• Familiarity with auto finance products and the associated risks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements in the banking industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of risk management software/tools is a plus
• Communicate in English
