To support manager to set up standard to measure performance of OA & OA’s collector on monthly and yearly basis
To support strategic, collection tool, Debt Relief Program, to align with business objective planning and control & monitoring to ensure that stay in line with business objective
Support business to implement, change, develop, in part IT, part of operation and part of new product
Highlight high risk account or potential risk account to Team Head for consider or feedback Product Team, Risk management Team, relevant unit for improved credit quality
To provide OA & OA’s collector the Coaching and feedback individual or as a team to improve more efficiency productivity
Report Team Performance on weekly basis

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
Minimum 2 years experience collection service
Strong understanding of collections strategies, debt recovery processes, and legal regulations related to unsecured loans.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle debtors and stakeholders effectively.
Experience with collections software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
