Assistant Manager, Outsourcing Mortgage Registration

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Present qualify of mortgage registration company, manage outsourcing and contract includes control service quality of company according to standard.
• Manage and monitor processing of mortgage registration company at government site/department.
• Manage and control, receive and distribute work for mortgage registration company includes external freelance (if any).
• Collect and reimburse collateral documents.
• Manage and follow up 'blue-book' pledged by client when be borrow to extend annual tax by customer at bank policy and procedure.
• Deliver collateral document to customer after fully redemption.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree in Business or related field.
• At least 1 years of relevantly experience in banking operation.
• Proficiently in MS Office (Word / Excel / Power point).
• Knowledge of Banking Operation.
• Problem Solving and Decision Making Skill.
• Good Communication Skill.
