หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Design and implement comprehensive collection and recovery strategies covering both non-legal and legal stages.
• Lead the planning and execution of NPA sales, ensuring optimal pricing and portfolio selection.
• Define and manage rules for Outsource Agency (OA) reassignment to ensure high performance across third-party partners.
• Constantly refine collection flows to maximize recovery rates while significantly reducing operational costs.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• 2-3 years of experience in Unsecured Collection/Recovery, specifically within a banking or financial services environment
• Proven experience in designing legal/non-legal strategies and managing NPA/NPL sales
• Skill in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP and etc.,)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
