Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS).
Support and enhance Core Banking Systems, Oracle GL, and related financial systems.
Coordinate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors on system enhancements and projects.
Prepare test scenarios, execute UAT, and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Support financial reporting, reconciliation, and data validation processes.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal controls, AML, KYC, and Basel requirements.
Participate in core banking transformation and digital banking initiatives.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services
Strong knowledge of Core Banking Systems, banking operations, and financial products.
Experience with Oracle GL and financial reporting processes.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, SQL, API integration, and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Experience in UAT preparation and execution.
Understanding of digital banking, mobile banking, and fintech systems.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (Basel, AML, KYC).
Stakeholder management and communication
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Experience in core banking transformation projects and financial system implementations.
