หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Deliver investment and insurance product information and provide investment advice via telephone, aligned with Wealth Research & Advisory recommendations, to assigned customer leads.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining full accuracy of information provided.
• Respond to assigned customer leads within the agreed turnaround time to ensure timely engagement and maximize conversion opportunities.
• *Remark: The Bank requires the verification of criminal records prior consideration for employment to ensure secured and maintain standards of the organization.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
• *Preferrable license requirements of IC License, Life Insurance License, and Non-life Insurance License.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. No experience required.
