Deployment Cutover & Command Center Lead R&R

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Manage deployment cutover readiness by ensuring that all technical and business readiness checklist have been fulfilled by technical deployment and business deployment team • Obtain management and legal endorsement for project go-live Plan, review, and lead execution of detailed cutover plan • Manage and oversee the activities of the deployment cutover and verify readiness • Plan and review fallback and contingency plan for go-live • Plan, setup, manage and oversee the activities of Command Center and Help Desk • Develop Go Live Evaluation to document lesson learnt from production cutover and gain insights on the necessary actions that need to be taken in the next release and share with regional team • Own the Deployment Cutover and Command Center work plan and revise and refine it based on additional information and data points gathered during the Deployment Preparation Phase

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <ul> <li>At least 3 &ndash; 5 years of experiences in IT project implementation and operation support (i.e. incident and problem management)</li> <li>Experiences in large scale deployment or performing core banking implementation project</li> <li>Experiences in supervising at least 4 - 6 staffs</li> <li>Good in writing and communication in English</li> <li>Working in Banking or other similar type of environments</li> </ul>
