• Job Descriptions; -To support the online/telesales team in prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads via content marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives -Coming up with ideas and creating useful content to target audience for different lending products. -Develop content to include keywords or phrases in order to increase traffic to website. -In-depth knowledge of keyword research, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) copy writing and the behaviors of search engines. -Developing a content marketing initiatives that drives traffic, improves customer engagement and leads. -Ensuring all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, tone of voice and quality. -Monitor and report on content KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and proactively implement solutions to maximize conversion rates and deliver on-target demand generation goals -Analyzing keywords and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques used by competitors -Improve the organic search ranking of the company’s website.

• Qualifications; -Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related field. -Prior experience in content marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) -Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices -Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it -Ability to analyze and present content performance -Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement and leads. -Clear and demonstrable understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) fundamentals -Working knowledge of Google Analytics -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Positive attitude and highly motivated -Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills -Strong organizational skills
