หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• (A) PHHP Holdings (Thailand) Ltd. - Handle full set of accounts (B) PHHP (Thailand) Ltd. * Accounting Payment Side * 1)Prepare payment and double entry in Account system. - Prepare payment for every expense of company. - Check payment of petty cash all department before reimburse. (And all branch.) - To handle petty cash of HQ- BKK 2)Due billing – Pay cheque supplier 3)Check document of advance and clear advance from all department - Double check/Control base on proposal and budget * Tax * 1) To close monthly purchase tax report and vat closing by PP.30 2) Prepare W/T report and submit to the Revenue Dept. - PND. 1, 2, 3, 53, 54 * Reconcilation * 1) Reconcile every account to be responsible in the job. 2) Review reconcile Balance Sheet - To manage closing account month-end and year-end. - Assist to handle certain areas of the accounts - Any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time

• 1) Must possess at least bachelor's degree qualification in Accountancy or equivalent. 2) At least 5 years of working experience in the related field/capacity
