• 3LN Co., Ltd., the sole franchisee of leading UK retailers, “Mothercare” and “Early Learning Centre” and distributor of “Holster” fashion shoes from Australia in Thailand, is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Business Development Manager immediately. This senior-ranking position’s main responsibilities are to expand the business, act as a coordinator with the foreign brand owners, and plan for sales budget and promotions. He/she will be reporting to the Managing Director. Business Development Manager Responsibilities: • Analyze business potential of new product brands and expand selling channels for all the existing brands • Survey & negotiate with property owners for new store locations • Liaise with Mothercare UK for store design and equipment ordering, local designers and contractors to ensure that the stores are open on schedule • Coordinate with the brand owners and other internal departments on all sales & operation issues • Prepare sales budget and track progress weekly • Plan and execute effective promotion campaigns at stores • Manage relationship with department stores to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: • Thai national with at least a bachelor degree • Minimum 8-year experience in the retail business (preferably selling foreign brands of fashion or baby products in own shops and via department stores) • Good command of English • Can travel overseas alone for meetings 1-2 times/year • Strong analytical & negotiation skills • PC literate Interested candidate should send a resume via email to: hr@mothercarethailand.com or fax: 02-249-6619 or mail to: 3LN Co., Ltd., 1098 Rama 4 Road, Tungmahamek, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120
