As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of all aspects of our business. 1. Study and learn about the systems and processes related to the company's entire business. 2. Rotate training in various departments of the company for a specified period of time. To understand the context and work processes of each party. as well as for information in considering the appropriate management positions in the future. 3. Collaborate in strategic planning with the management team and take part in managing the operations of each department to be in accordance with the plan. 4. Follow up as well as propose development and improvement and provide plans to the management team. 5. Discuss, communicate and create a good understanding between the management team, supervisors and employees in the company. 6. Generate reports of all the information in the form of easy-to-understand on daily, weekly, monthly, annual basis to present executives and relevant person. 7. Other work that you are assigned of.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Education: Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree preferably with a focus on Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related field • New graduates are welcome • A team player • Agile learning, responsible, positive attitude and self-enthusiasm • Good interpersonal skill • Good command both spoken and written English • Strategic thinking • Highly detail-oriented • Be able to work on results-based work environments • Experience in design and creation of marketing documents and business proposal is a plus
