หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Audit and Compliance • Monitor the implementation of Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) within the required time frame to ensure timely resolution of non-conformities.
• Continuous Improvement & IT Integration • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and operational efficiency. • Identify opportunities to optimize or digitalize workflows using IT solutions. • Ensure that all improvement initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and organizational constraints.
• Project Execution & Closure • Implement process improvements to enhance operational and quality performance. • Submit summary reports for project closure, documenting key findings and results. • Conduct effectiveness checks to measure the success of implemented solutions and drive sustainable improvements.
• Defect Analysis & Operational Data Review • Verify defect fixes and perform root cause analysis of operational issues. • Conduct data analysis using interviews, observations, document reviews, and performance records to identify improvement areas. • Gain a comprehensive understanding of workflows to support process enhancement and defect prevention.
• Interdepartmental Coordination • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure effective quality management and operational excellence. • Act as a key liaison between teams to resolve quality issues and process inefficiencies. • Support cross-functional initiatives to align quality control processes across departments and improve overall efficiency.
• Other Assigned Tasks (Flexible) • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ 1 - 3 ปี ในวิศวกรอุตสาหกรรมหรือการดำเนินโครงการ
• ประสบการณ์มากกว่า 1 ปี ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพงาน (Operational improvement)
• มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office และ Simulation
• สามารถดำเนินการปรับปรุงด้าน ECRS, Lean, Kaizen, QCC และอื่นๆ
• มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
