หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead and manage overall container depot operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with international standards.
• Oversee container survey activities, repair cost assessments, and negotiations with overseas customers.
• Plan and manage container stock, depot space utilization, and empty container in/out operations to meet customer demand.
• Manage contractors, equipment, vehicles, and manpower to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve safety standards within the container depot.
• Collaborate with internal departments and develop high-performing depot teams.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.)
• Minimum of 5 years ago of management experience in Container Depot, Yard Operations, or Logistics, demonstrating strong leadership and operational management skills.
• IICL Certification will be highly preferred and considered a strong advantage.
• Experience with terminal operating systems such as N4 / N4 Billing or equivalent platforms.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• English proficiency at an Intermediate to Advanced level, capable of working with international customers and global shipping lines.
