Compensation & Benefits Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Jobs Responsible: - Research and identify the market trend & Conduct regular gap-to-market assessments of compensation positioning relative to the competitive market. - Develop & Design Compensation & Benefits policies and procedures. - Provide Benefits consultation to managers and HR Team on all Benefits issues (i.e. promotions, internal mobility, market competitiveness, job matching/benchmark studies, and industry trends/best practices). - Manage and develop team, build up the successor - Responsible for directing and planning benefits programs (Health Insurance, Life Insurance , Annual Checkup etc.)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Age 30 - 35 yrs. old - Bachelor degree with a major in Human Resource Management or related fields - At least 8 years of working experiences with 5 years of management experience in HR functions - Having strong technical background with firm understanding of HR functional issues - Experience in researching, adapting and implementing technology - Excellent communication and people skills
