Medical Equipment Technician

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1) Obtain training from medical device company and cooperation with medical device company or self-action for installation, method validation , set up and repair Machine Analyzer properly. 2) Work to learn and establish rapport with customers such as hospitals and flexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needs 3) Demonstrate a sense of urgency to identify and assist in the identification and resolution of customer issues. Follow the appropriate escalation process. 4) Provide appropriate, timely, and regular communications to customers and internal key stakeholders regarding customer and equipment issues. 5) Communicates with clinical staff on the topics of equipment features, functionality, etc. 6) Perform assessment and testing procedures on equipment and other support systems. Perform routine maintenance checks as appropriate. 7) Manage laboratory instrument for maintenance plan, calibration plan, installation plan, instruments history record and instrument labeling. 8) Relocates products to proper technical services locations as needed. 9) Facilitate the entry of outside companies to installation, repair and calibrate equipment in central laboratory. 10) Prepare an annual performance summary to present to the management committee.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor’s degree or High Vocational Certificate in Biomedical Engineering or other field that related with medical instrument or medical electronics or general electronic 2. Preferred Medical Laboratory Device Field 3. Minimum 0-2 years’ experience in the field of medical electronics repair or related work required. 4. Ability to participate in an on-call rotation to provide customer support. 5. Basic computer skills; understanding of computer networks and equipment interfacing.
