Digital Strategy Team Members (AI Digital Strategy Officer/Specialist) Join us in driving the future of retail through Digital Transformation, AI innovation, and data-driven strategies. We're seeking talented individuals who are passionate about technology, business impact, and continuous learning. 1.Head of Digital Transformation : To spearhead the organization's Digital Transformation by strategically applying digital technologies, AI, Data Science, and Advanced Data Analytics. This role drives operational efficiency, business innovation, and enhanced customer experiences, overseeing the Digital Transformation Enablement and Digital Capability & Adoption teams to achieve key strategic digital goals. 2.AI Incubation Expert : To lead and champion AI-focused innovation and rapid prototyping within the Digital Strategy. This role identifies, evaluates, and facilitates Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and prototype development for AI-driven solutions aligned with business objectives, demonstrating tangible value. The incumbent drives experimentation through deep AI and data analytics expertise, guiding projects from ideation to validated learning, accelerating impactful AI technology adoption. 3.Digital & AI Strategist : To lead the research, analysis, and development of digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategies to define direction and create a competitive advantage for the organization. This role is responsible for translating insights from technology trends, market dynamics, and business needs into clear, measurable strategic plans and roadmaps, ensuring that digital and AI investments and initiatives are aligned with the company's long-term business objectives. 4.Digital & AI Technology Specialist : To serve as a principal technical consultant and specialist in evaluating and selecting digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology solutions to meet the organization's business needs. This role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, translating them into preliminary technical specifications, designing high-level solution architectures, and assessing investment value to ensure that selected technologies align with the digital strategy, effectively solve business problems, and deliver maximum value to the organization. 5.Digital & AI Strategic Initiatives Analyst : To oversee, monitor, analyze, and report on the organization's entire landscape of digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategic initiatives. This role provides transparency and critical insights for executive decision-making, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with corporate strategy, resources are optimally allocated, and overall risks are effectively managed to achieve strategic goals.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
