หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• - Drive the organization’s Digital Transformation by leveraging digital technologies, AI, data science, and advanced analytics. - Lead AI innovation initiatives, from ideation to Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and prototype development, accelerating real-world adoption. - Develop digital and AI strategies and roadmaps based on market trends, technology insights, and business goals. - Act as a principal technical advisor, designing high-level solution architectures aligned with business needs. - Evaluate and recommend digital/AI technology solutions to ensure strategic fit, performance, and investment value. - Monitor and analyze the portfolio of digital and AI initiatives to support data-driven executive decision-making. - Oversee teams focused on Digital Enablement and Capability Building to support digital adoption across the organization. - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning through internal engagement and knowledge-sharing activities. - Design and implement communication strategies to drive awareness, understanding, and alignment on digital/AI programs. - Ensure digital and AI initiatives are aligned with enterprise strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes. - Other related duties as assigned

• -Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, Statistics, Engineerin -Preferred age range: 25–45 years old -Possesses deep expertise in AI/ML, data science, and rapid prototyping, with hands-on experience in technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LLMs, and AI workflow orchestration tools. Skilled at translating complex business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions while effectively leading teams, communicating with stakeholders, and driving innovation from PoC to implementation. -Highly innovative, analytical, and self-driven with a strong passion for AI, data science, and emerging technologies.
