หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Digital & AI Strategy Development: -Lead the analysis and formulation of the organization's digital and AI vision, direction, and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. -Develop short-term and long-term strategic plans, including clear success metrics (KPIs) and objectives. 2.Trend Research & Analysis: -Continuously track, research, and analyze emerging digital and AI technologies, market shifts, and competitor strategies. -Assess the impact and identify business opportunities from these trends to refine and evolve the organization's strategy. 3.Roadmap & Investment Planning: -Play a key role in creating and managing the company's IT & AI Roadmaps. -Develop frameworks for evaluating and prioritizing digital and AI initiatives to ensure optimal budget allocation and maximum impact. 4.Digital & AI Project Initiative Management: -Oversee and manage the overall digital and AI initiatives. -Track the status, progress, and performance of initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals. -Prepare overview reports to support executive decision-making. 5.Business Case Development: -Collaborate with business units and finance teams to build compelling business cases and conduct Return on Investment (ROI) analysis for key strategic initiatives. -Present and justify investment proposals to the executive committee. 6.Strategic Consultation: -Act as a strategic advisor to management and various business units on digital and AI opportunities and challenges. -Coordinate with the Digital Transformation team to ensure the effective implementation of strategies. 7.Stakeholder Management: -Work closely with senior executives and business unit leaders to understand their needs and foster collaboration in driving the strategy. -Regularly communicate and present strategies, plans, and progress to relevant stakeholders. 8.Other related duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or a Master's degree in a strategy or technology-related field is highly preferred.-A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, management consulting, or a related role. -At least 3-5 years of experience in developing technology, digital, or AI strategies with a proven track record of success. -Experience in Technology Feasibility Assessment for new technology adoption. -Experience working with senior executives and presenting strategic topics. -In-depth experience in market analysis, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and ROI analysis to support business case development. -Strategic Thinking: Excellent analytical, holistic, and synthesis thinking skills; able to convert complex information into actionable strategies. -Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business models, market dynamics, and financial drivers; ability to connect technology with business outcomes. -Digital & AI Literacy: Strong understanding of digital technologies and core AI/ML concepts in a business context to identify opportunities and assess strategic impact. -Research & Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, data analysis, and the ability to synthesize insights. -Feasibility & Modeling Skills: Ability to assess project feasibility across various dimensions (technical, operational, financial), build business cases, and analyze value to support decision-making. -Communication & Presentation Skills: Outstanding ability to articulate complex strategies clearly and persuasively to executives and diverse audiences. -Stakeholder Management: Strong influencing, negotiation, and collaboration skills to build consensus among diverse stakeholders. -Proficient in English communication. - Work Location: The Tara Building (Near Central Chaengwattana) MRT Pink Line: Chaengwattana–Pak Kret 28 Station -Interested candidates can apply via: Website: http://job.cpall.co.th/ , Email: sevenjobs@cpall.co.th (Please specify the position you're applying for in the email subject line.)
