หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Technical & Solution Consultation: -Act as the primary technical point of contact, providing in-depth consultation to Business Units on applying digital and AI technologies to solve problems or create business opportunities. -Analyze business processes and requirements to propose and recommend the most suitable technology solutions. 2.Solution Architecture Design: -Design high-level solution architectures for digital and AI initiatives to provide an overview of the required systems, components, and integrations. -Define guidelines for integrating new solutions with the organization's existing systems and IT infrastructure. 3.Technology & Vendor Evaluation: -Track, research, and evaluate digital technologies, AI platforms, and turnkey solutions from external vendors. -Conduct technical evaluations and comparisons of various vendors and solutions to support the procurement process. 4.Business Value & Justification Analysis: -Collaborate with Business Units to develop business cases for digital and AI projects. -Analyze and assess the Return on Investment (ROI), benefits, and business impact of proposed solutions to support executive decision-making. 5.Technical Gap Analysis: -Evaluate and analyze the organization's current technology infrastructure and architecture to identify gaps or areas needing improvement to support future digital strategies. 6.Technical Support & Governance: -Provide technical guidance to project teams throughout the development lifecycle, from design, development, and testing to deployment. -Work with the AI Incubation Expert to evaluate the results of PoCs for potential scaling and coordinate the handover of clear specifications to the Digital Solution team for development. 7.Mentorship & Team Development: -As a supervisor, mentor and transfer knowledge to team members (if any) to develop their technical skills and capabilities. 8.Other related duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.-A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a technical role such as Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, System Analyst, or a related position involving IT solution design and consultation. -Proven experience working directly with business units to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. -At least 3 years of experience in consulting, designing, or participating in projects related to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Data Analytics. -Experience in analyzing and evaluating both turnkey and in-house AI or Data Analytics solutions is highly preferred. -Experience in technology and vendor evaluation. -Experience in system or solution architecture design is highly preferred. -Solution & Enterprise Architecture: Understanding of architectural design principles, microservices, API-led integration, and system integration. -Digital & Cloud Technologies: Broad knowledge of various digital technologies and cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS on AWS, Azure, GCP) and their applications. -AI & Data Science: Understanding of core AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and AI solution architectures to provide effective consultation and evaluation. -Business Analysis: Strong skills in business requirement analysis, process mapping, and creating requirement specification documents. -Business & Financial Acumen: Ability to understand business models and analyze the Return on Investment (ROI) of technology projects. -Vendor Assessment: Skills in evaluating technical proposals and the capabilities of external vendors. -Communication & Presentation: Excellent skills in communicating and presenting complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences in an easily understandable manner. -Project Management & Monitoring: Ability to plan, track progress, manage risks, and report on the status of related projects effectively. -Proficient in English communication - Work Location: The Tara Building (Near Central Chaengwattana) MRT Pink Line: Chaengwattana–Pak Kret 28 Station -Interested candidates can apply via: Website: http://job.cpall.co.th/ , Email: sevenjobs@cpall.co.th (Please specify the position you're applying for in the email subject line.)
