หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.AI Innovation & Research Leadership: -Lead identification, research, and evaluation of emerging AI technologies, ML models, generative AI, and innovative methodologies aligned with strategic goals. -Define and maintain a prioritized AI PoC and prototyping roadmap, aligning with Business Unit and Digital Strategy inputs. -Champion a forward-thinking AI approach, identifying opportunities for significant business value, efficiency, or enhanced customer experiences. -Develop frameworks and best practices for AI experimentation, PoC development, and prototype evaluation. 2.AI-Focused PoC & Prototype Management: -Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI PoCs and prototypes: conceptualization, design, development, testing, and evaluation. -Lead technical design and development of AI prototypes (hands-on coding, model customization, prompt engineering, AI workflow orchestration using Python, AI/ML libraries, MS Copilot Studio, n8n, etc.). -Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for PoC/prototyping initiatives. -Ensure PoCs rapidly test hypotheses and deliver clear, measurable outcomes. 3.AI Technical Consultation & Feasibility Assessment: -Serve as primary technical advisor on AI, guiding Business Units on feasibility, applicability, and ROI of proposed AI solutions. -Conduct in-depth assessments of turnkey AI solutions versus in-house development (cost, customization, scalability, integration). -Prepare technical briefs, ROI analyses, and presentations for AI initiatives. 4.Data-Driven Experimentation & Analysis: -Champion data analytics in designing experiments, collecting data, and evaluating AI prototype performance and impact. -Define KPIs and success metrics for AI PoCs (accuracy, latency, throughput, ROI). -Analyze results, derive insights, and provide data-backed recommendations for scaling or discontinuing initiatives. 5.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: -Collaborate closely with Business Units to understand pain points, identify AI use cases, and co-create PoC requirements. -Partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, IT Infrastructure, and Digital Solution teams for AI prototyping project support. -Effectively communicate complex AI concepts, progress, and findings to technical/non-technical stakeholders, including senior management. 6.Knowledge Sharing & Best Practice Development: -Lead knowledge-sharing activities (workshops, tech talks) on AI best practices, PoC learnings, and emerging trends. -Document lessons learned, SOPs, and reusable components from AI prototyping to enhance future efficiency. -Foster an internal AI practitioner community. 7.Other related duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related technical field. Master's/PhD preferred.-7-10+ years in AI/ML development, AI research, Data Science, or AI-focused innovation. -5+ years successfully leading multiple AI PoCs/prototypes from conception to evaluation in a corporate/research setting. -Experience in technical leadership or mentorship in AI/Data Science projects. -5+ years consulting with business stakeholders to translate needs into AI/Data-driven solutions. -2+ years developing or utilizing Generative AI in real-world business applications. -Experience managing data-intensive projects and large datasets. -AI/ML Expertise: Deep understanding of ML algorithms (supervised/unsupervised/reinforcement), deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), NLP. Proficiency in Python, AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face, Keras). Strong Prompt Engineering skills for Generative AI. -AI Solutions & Platforms: Experience evaluating and using turnkey AI solutions (LLM-as-a-Service, Vision API, Cognitive Services, AutoML). Ability to design/implement AI workflow orchestration (MS Copilot Studio, n8n, Zapier, LangChain). -Data Science & Analytics Expertise: Strong statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive modeling, A/B testing. Full data science lifecycle experience (acquisition, cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection/training/evaluation for PoCs). Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy)/R; strong SQL. Data visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Tableau, Power BI). Understanding of data quality and reliability. Familiarity with Big Data tech (Spark, Hadoop) & cloud analytics platforms a plus. -Innovation & Prototyping: Expertise in rapid prototyping (Agile, Lean Startup). Quick learner of new technologies. Strong understanding of PoC design for fast validation, clear results, and scalability assessment. -Business & Financial Acumen: Ability to translate business needs into technical AI/data-driven solutions. Experience in ROI/cost-benefit analysis and building business cases for PoCs. -Communication & Leadership: Excellent technical communication/presentation skills for diverse audiences (including senior management). Strong facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder management.
