หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • To prepare the purchase orders from customer for issuing invoice and arrange delivery in next day • To coordinate with customers about the delivery date of order and any issues • To make travel arrangements for all employees • To assist in daily operation tasks • To organize and maintain the document filling system • To plan, placing order and liaise with domestic suppliers • To follow up domestic suppliers on delivery date of orders • To coordinate between Warehouse, Logistics, Marketing, Sales and Finance to achieve the company’s objectives • To provide weekly customers feedback report • To do a monthly OMB Sales & Logistic cost report • To make the quotation as per assignment and request from other department • Handle administrative tasks • Handle other job assigned by boss

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualification 1. Age 25 – 35 years 2. Experience around 2 – 5 years, vocational or university graduate. 3. Being able to communicate effectively in English both speaking and writing. 4.
