Operation and Import & Export Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Handle in preparation of import and export documents
• Coordinate with carriers, shipping, overseas offices to ensure smooth import transactions
• Check / Compare the shipping cost from various forwarder
• Checking all shipping docs such as invoice, packing list, bill of landing and other necessary docs for import and export
• To check draft import customs form, import tax and import pikad
• To check all import customs regulations for product and newsletter form various governmental offices
• To coordinate with accounting / finance on the tax payment and other shipping charges
• To checking import pikad and taxes for products that need to importing
• To prepare LPI and quota docs for import
• To assist and manage all legal documents with various governmental offices
• To assist and coordinate with DFT about the QUATA and certificates related in importing and exporting
