หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee, maintain, and improve our quality control systems. In this role, you will lead the QC team, ensure all incoming materials and finished goods meet strict regulatory and company standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production line. Key Responsibilities (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก)
• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor the QC supervisor, inspectors, and technicians to ensure daily testing and inspections are executed efficiently.
• Compliance & Audits: Maintain and ensure compliance with international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, GMP/HACCP) and lead external audit processes.
• Defect & Failure Analysis: Lead investigations into product defects, customer complaints, and non-conformance issues (NCR), implementing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Supplier Quality: Collaborate with the Purchasing department to evaluate supplier quality performance and audit supplier facilities when necessary.
• Data-Driven Improvement: Analyze quality metrics, yield rates, and statistical process control (SPC) data to generate monthly quality reports for management review.
• Equipment Management: Oversee the calibration, maintenance, and validation of all laboratory testing equipment and instruments.
• Process Control: Establish, implement, and monitor quality control procedures for plastic manufacturing processes (e.g., Injection Molding, Extrusion, Blow Molding, or Thermoforming).
• Material & Product Testing: Oversee mechanical and physical property testing of plastic raw materials (resins) and finished goods, including Melt Flow Index (MFI), Tensile Strength, Izod Impact, and Color Spectroscopy.
• Defect Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve specific plastic defects such as shrinkage, warpage, flash, short shots, sink marks, and silver streaks.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Quality Control within the Plastics/Polymer manufacturing industry.
• echnical Knowledge: Strong understanding of polymer properties, masterbatch, and plastic processing machinery parameters.
• Industry Standards: Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 / GMP/HACCP.
