หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• The Job is to Manage a complete business unit of back end Service, like a mini CEO of the business. Ensure Customer Expectations are met, Manage good relationship with Customer, Work with the customer as per the strategy and implement each and every strategic point of the customer to get the best results. Ensure all Targets are met, and Team is well trained and highly motivated. Reporting Structure: o Report to the General Manager. o The team under this position will consist of Supervisors, Admin, Technicians Responsibility: o Revenue & Volume Target to be achieved on a weekly basis o Manage Costs. Ensure economies of Scale, Sharing of team members. o Meet all SLA/KPI set up by the customer in the agreement with EDS o Manage Customer Expectations o Travel to onsite zones of EDS o Training Team o Motivate team o Put Systems and Processes into the work o Daily / Weekly reports to Customer and Management o Get new Business for the Organization

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Age Requirement: 35 – 45 Years - Years of Experience: 10+ years (Atleast last 3 years with Team Leader position) - Background: FMCG and Technology Industry. Preferably from Service background - Fluent in English.
