หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible for brewing • Schedule brewing plan with Head Brewmaster • Assist brewing staff in daily routines • Able to act as a brewing assistant both production and document work • Able to work hard, including taking care of stock, raw materials and various equipment

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male, 25 years old up - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food Science orrelated file - Minimum 2 years in production function and Knowledge of the beer industry, including flavors, brewery technology, and ingredients - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Have a positive attitude, have good discipline, and have responsibility for the assignment. - Flexibility in working hours and able to travel to work in the assigned branch - Strong enough to lift a bag of malt and beer keg. (About 25-60 kg weight) - Good command of English competency both verbal and written - Computer literate (Ms-office, PowerPoint, Internet)
