หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• TAWANDANG GERMAN BREWERY BEERista What does a BEERista do? A BEERista greets customers, takes orders, and creates quality beer. A beerista also maintains and cleans the working area. A BEERista Job Duties include: 1. Promotes the culture, value, and missions of Tawandang German Brewery. 2. Provides excellent customer service to all guests (skill: good communication skills). 3. Maintains the store and anticipates the customer’s needs (skill: good planning skills). 4. Prepares beer and handles order (skill: attention to detail). 5. Someone who always arrives at their shift on time and maintains a consistent attendance (skill: punctual). 6. Is a great multi-tasked and able to perform many different tasks within the restaurant during each shift (skill: multitasked). 7. Able to work under pressure and maintains a calm demeanor at all times (skill: works well under pressure). Skills and Experience are: • Strong communication skills • Works well under pressure • Strong planning skills • Punctual • Ability to multitask • Strong attention to detail • Customer service and restaurant experience Qualification: • Female, 22-28 years old • Bachelor’s Degree • Have a passion for beer and will be trained as experts beer. • Have a passion for beer and ready to step up to become a beer expert. (by training) • Good command of spoken and written Englishor Chinese, Japanese. • Have a good personality • Excellent communication skills • Excellent computer skills (MS. Office/Internet etc.) • Able to work flexible hours
