Job Description: - Design interface for web sites and web applications - Validate feasibility of implementing design Build components and templates - Writing (using HTML, CSS, DHTML, XML, etc.) - Program and script (JavaScript, Flash actionscripting etc.) - Ensure adherence to design specifications Integrate the front-end - Assist in usability testing using design and assessment techniques and methods

Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelor\'s degree</li><li>2 years experience in designing websites</li><li>A solid understanding of user-interface design and visual design</li><li>Experience working within a team environment, particularly with design teams</li><li>A strong understanding of Web technologies; understanding of/experience in Web 2.0 concepts/Ajax is a strong plus</li><li>Proficiency in some of the following: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, ColdFusion Studio, Flash, Flash Generator, Homesite, Macromedia Director, Macromedia Flash, Shockwave</li><li>Acute attention to detail and problem-solving ability</li></ul>
