Its objective is sales, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and repair of Medical Equipment. Since its incorporation, CMC Biotech Co., Ltd. has grown tremendously in terms of manpower, company size and sales turnover. The company now has staff strength of 46 technical support personnel with branches in central Bangkok, northeastern, south and north of Thailand, all of which are well trained in their respective field of work to provide after-sales service of the highest standard. In 2005 CMC Biotech was awarded with ISO 9001:2000, followed by ISO 9001:2008 in 2010 certification and in 2008 With proven track of records, we have been trusted by leading business partners to provide the most advanced health care solutions to the patients. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1.Learn about our organization and business to understand the overall business and market.
2.Oversee company server administration, and software application
3.Maintain the computer network system to ensure smooth operations of all users.
4.Inspect, maintained, upgraded, and installed PC hardware, software licenses, standard software and peripherals inventory.
5.Take care the backup server of all servers and also recovery system in efficiency.
6.Control users’ requirement of consumables and ensured the availability of the stock.
7.Provided first level support in technologies infrastructure e.g. LAN/WAN, e-mail, Networking and
Telecommunications to users at work site, by phone or LAN/WAN connection.
8.Maintain Exchange Server, user management
9.Develop project of complication, as assigned by ICT Manager.
10. Conduct feasibility study for enhancement acquisition of hardware/software and coordinated business solution implementation.
11. Maintain the server room.
12.Coordinate in IT infrastructure equipment maintenance; verified configuration, monitored cabling,
Cisco switch, PABX system and Video Security Cameras to ensure best working conditions.
13. Oversee every PC in the company to ensure the reliability and performance on LAN and WAN
