To oversee the maintenance of the company’s current HR systems as well as identify gaps and opportunities for upgrading HR systems based on new technologies and trends. 1.Analyze, design and develop program with ASP, C#, JAVA as system analyst to the relevant HRIS modules (Personal, Compensation and Benefit, Payroll, Time Attendance, Organization, Security, Authority of Approval) as assignment from the supervisor 2.Test program and create manual or any document of the system for user 3.Educate users on training regarding the new development system, daily issues as well as analyze and solve error from program usage 4.Provide process improvement and assessment tools to assure consistency of Performance Management System and other HR key initiatives 5.Communicate and provide comprehensive Human Resources support , relevant departments or any others as assigned by using data and process models to clarify and validate requirements 6.Maintain and update current HR data and transform to system document, dataflow 7.Deep analytic and support all HR Dashboard for management to decision-making
