ER Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Ensure consistent ER processes and documentations are well maintained. • Manage and support of employees’ disciplinary proceeding. • Provide advice and consult relating to labor and welfare matters to all employees along with supervising all company’s regulations including an enquiry, punishment, and issuing a warning to an employee. • Keep remind employees in every levels for current company's rules, and regulation, including announcement for new rule, and policy. • Coordinating with employee to receive complaint, and issue for finding solutions. • Support CSR Activity. • Support jobs of HR Dept. assigned by Manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Law or related fields. • 1 – 3 years of experience in Employee Relation or related fields. • Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry and in Multinational Company will be an advantage. • Basic knowledge of labor law, and PDPA are required. • Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC score 550 plus will be advantage). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently and as well as a team.
