หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. In charge of and responsible for the overall day-to-day administrative support functions of the division/department. 2. Formulation, implementation, control and review of the admin. support systems and work methods within the division/department, including organization and implementation of an efficient filing system. 3. Assist in the preparation and amendment of company regulations, guidelines and benefits in consultation with management and to implement these resolutions accordingly. 4. Overseeing and responsible for all petty expenditure in the department. 5. Organizing of intra-departmental meetings and the minuting of such meetings.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <p>1.Male / Female Age between 24-35 years old.</p> <p>2.Bachelor&#39;s degree in BA , Marketing or related filed. Master will be plus.</p> <p>3.At least 3 years&rsquo; experience in Secretarial ,General Administration or Sales Administration / Co-ordinator field.</p> <p>4.Good Command in Computer Skills.</p> <p>5.Can work under pressure and positive thinking.</p>
