Art Director

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead and control overall visual direction of the brand across all platforms.
• Ensure all creative outputs strictly align with brand identity, positioning, and brand standards.
• Develop strong creative concepts based on marketing objectives and business strategy.
• Create and execute designs independently when necessary not limited to supervision only.
• Provide clear creative direction and guidance to designers and creative team members.
• Suggest creative solutions, campaign ideas, visual improvements, and communication approaches proactively.
• Translate briefs into strategic and high-quality creative executions.
• Maintain consistency in typography, layout, color usage, composition, visual tone, and overall brand presentation.
• Review, refine, and approve all creative materials before final delivery.
• Work closely with marketing, content, production, and management teams.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, revisions, and priorities effectively.
• Ensure all outputs meet professional quality standards and deadlines.
• Identify design problems and solve them efficiently.
• Develop presentation decks, campaign visuals, branding materials, and marketing assets with strong attention to detail.
• Guide the team with clear rationale, references, and visual direction not subjective opinions.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, discipline, and accountability within the creative team.
• Build scalable visual systems and creative frameworks for long-term brand consistency.
• Stay updated with design trends, branding trends, luxury/commercial aesthetics, and market direction while maintaining brand uniqueness.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 5+ years experience in graphic design, branding, advertising, or creative field.
• Minimum 2+ years in senior creative or Art Director role.
• Candidates with experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Luxury Property, or Premium Design Brands will be strongly preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign direction, and high-level visual execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of branding systems, high-end visual presentation, spacial aesthetics, premium brand communication, typography, composition, and color theory.
• Strong understanding of both online and offline marketing materials.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect design with business objectives.
• Excellent eye for detail, consistency and quality control.
• Ability to execute design work independently at high level.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and direct teams effectively.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to think creatively and critically while solving problems proactively.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines professionally.
• Emotionally mature, professional, and team-oriented.
